Your Role
- You support our purchasing team in day-to-day operations
- You correspond with suppliers
- You prepare requests for quotation for electronic components from our suppliers
- You maintain quotations and order confirmations in SAP
- You handle supplier complaints
- Monitoring deadlines is also part of your role
Requirements
- You are preferably studying business administration or have chosen a technical focus
- You're fluent in German and English, both written and spoken, at a business level
- Ideally, you already have some initial practical experience in purchasing
- Very good MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint and Word), ideally also SAP skills
- You are a team player and work independently, in a structured way and reliably
- You are open-minded and show initiative
- You have a strong interest in purchasing and enjoy thinking outside the box
